This years event is taking great shape, probably the largest event in the last 10 years.
We have a superb number of floats, with plenty of individual units made up of majorettes, radio station cars, dance troupes and various novelty groups.

This years beneficiaries presentation night was on 15th Nov, because of the total amount this year was better then the year before, we were able to have 10 beneficiaries instead of 8, all attended and the were: -

Well done to "Twinkletoes" pre-school on winning the best float with Grease.
Runners-up was the "Hand In Hand" pub with Oklahoma.
Best turned out majorette troupe was "Ice Illusions".
Also congratulations goes to Skye Vincent of Trimley St Mary for winning the raffle "Build A Teddy Bear".

Trimley Carnival for 2010 will be on July 10th.
It's not to early to apply to take part in the parade just complete you details here and the committee will be in touch soon, also please feel free to contact us with any ideas for next years event, weather it be the procession or events on the field, all ideas are welcome.

This years carnival was a great success despite people pulling out at the last minute which did require the parade to be re-organised slightly, but with 23 participants which included Floats, Old Cars, Majorettes' and many more it all went OK without a hitch.
The weather stayed kind to us and therefore made for a good event, with plenty of stalls on the field at the Trimley Sports & Social Club.

Congratulations to the float winners this year - Trimley Red Devils Under 8's with the runner up Felixstowe Childminders. The best turned out majorettes troup was Ipswich Urban Allstars.
